The AXUM Foundation will provide one classroom in
a "failing" public junior high school with
the following incentive: If all students in the class
improve their scores on a diagnostic test engineered
by AXUM to 90% or above, then the students will each
receive $50 at the end of the semester. AXUM will
determine the eligibility of each class and each school.
